# NeuraLight Consulting

> NeuraLight Consulting, founded by Kymberlee O'Brien, MEd, PhD (Social Psychology, with specializations in Neuroscience and Psychophysiology, Brandeis University), provides biometric performance assessment, keynote speaking, and continuing education for executives and organizations. The work maps five neural domains — Resilience, Stress Action and Recovery, Executive Functioning, Emotion Regulation, and Prosociality — using precision biomarker data (HRV, hair cortisol, salivary hormones, autonomic nervous system data) rather than surveys or 360-degree assessments.

Kymberlee O'Brien has directed Neuroscience and Psychophysiology research labs for nearly 18 years and is faculty at William James College, teaching the Neuroscience of Leadership.
